摘要
提高理工科教师自身的文化素养及进行文化素质教育是深化学生文化素质教育的重要保证。通过调查问卷对目前教师人文素质、创新能力现状进行分析,得到评价结果并提出改进措施,以期对培养学生综合素质和创新能力具有一定现实意义。
Enhancing cultural quality and developing cultural quality education of Science and Engineering teachers is important guarantee to deepen cultural quality education of students. By delivering questionnaire to analyze humanistic quality and innovation ca- pability of teachers at present, the paper draws evaluation conclusion and puts forward improvement measures, the research has some practical significance on training synthesis quality and innovation capability of students.
