摘要
采用Deform-3D有限元软件对扁形钛铜复合棒的挤压过程进行了数值模拟研究,得到了挤压过程中钛和铜的流动规律及应变场分布,分析了挤压速度对产品表面质量、钛铜相对滑移量及钛层厚度的影响。结果表明:随挤压速度的加快,钛铜相对滑移量增加,而钛层厚度变化不大;当挤压速度为100mm/s时挤压产品的质量最好。
The extrusion metal flows and the distribution process of Ti/Cu cladding bar was analyzed by using FEM software Deform-3D. The of equivalent strains were obtained at different stages of the extrusion process. The effect of the extrusion speed on the surface quality, relative slippage of Ti/Cu layers and the thickness of titanium layer were also discussed. The results show that with the increase of the extrusion speed, the relative slippage of Ti/Cu layers increased, but the thickness of titanium layer almost remained unchanged. The optimal extrusion speed of Ti/ Cu cladding bar for obtaining good surface quality is 100mm/s.
