摘要
目前绝大多数山岭隧道结构混凝土没有进行特别的养生,一般采用自然养生的方法,由于隧道内温湿度波动较大,很难保证混凝土施工质量,致使结构耐久性问题突出。针对该问题并考虑隧道结构混凝土施工所处实际环境,通过对不同配方混凝土试件在室内不同养生条件下的性能试验,提出喷射混凝土采用喷水养生、二衬混凝土采用密闭衬砌表面汽雾养生方式可获得显著效果,一般隧道环境下养生时间以3d或7d为宜。汽雾养生技术虽然增加了工程成本,但能提高混凝土的强度和密实度,减少混凝土的初裂,因而具有较高使用价值,对提高隧道结构体系耐久性至关重要,可在山岭隧道施工中推广应用。
Most mountain tunnel structure concretes are treated with natural curing (as other structure con cretes in China) rather than special curing. Since the humidity in the tunnel fluctuates greatly, it is difficult to guarantee the construction quality of the concrete, and the problem of structural durability becomes evident. Considering the actual environment of concrete construction, after different samples of concretes were tested under different curing conditions indoors, it is suggested that moisture retention and spraying water curing technology should be applied to the shot concrete,and steam curing technology for the second lining concrete; the 3d or 7d period is suitable for the tunnel curing. Steam curing technology raises the compressive strength and density, and reduces the risk of original cracks in spite of its high cost of construction. Steam curing technology is valuable in usage and vital to the improvement of durability of the tunnel structure system,and thus can be widely used in the mountain tunnel construction.
