压印接头力学分析及预成角对接头强度的影响研究 被引量:4

摘要 从宏观和微观两方面对压印接头强度进行了研究,通过对压印连接拉伸过程动态模拟和在显微镜下观察到的裂纹形成的主要位置,分析了拉伸过程中裂纹的萌生、扩展直至整个压印接头颈部断裂的过程;对压印接头进行了显微组织分析,得出薄板经冲压后产生了加工硬化现象,接头强度得到提高。提出了预测压印接头最大破坏力的公式,对生产中模具的选取及样品强度的预测具有一定的指导意义。同时,对不同预成角度的压印连接试件进行了拉伸试验,得出0°压印接头能够承受的拉伸破坏力最大,且预成角越大,压印接头能承受的破坏力越小。 A research was conducted from the macro and micro aspect, which was about the strength of clinched joint. Through the simulation of the tensile process and the position of crack formation in a microscope, crack initiation, crack propagation and the neck fracture in the process of tensile were analyzed; analyzing the microscopic structure characteristics of clinched joint found the work-hardening, joint strength improved. A new formula was proposed to predict the maximum damage strength of clinched joint; it had great significance on selecting the tools and predicting the strength of samples in production. A tensile test was performed, which was about clinching with different precast angle. The test shows that the joint with zero angle could bear the largest tensile load, and the bigger the angle the less the load.
