员工敬业度、职业倦怠与组织认同关系的实证研究——基于交通运输类企业的数据 被引量:6

A Study of the Relationship among Employee Engagement,Job Burnout and Organization Identity:Evidence from a Transportation Enterprise

摘要 员工敬业度是当前企业关注的重要课题,是企业获得成功的核心要素。文章在对敬业度等相关概念研究的基础上,提出若干研究假设,并基于交通运输类企业的实证,对员工敬业度与职业倦怠和组织认同的关系进行了研究,从企业市场化程度上解释其差异性,结合企业实际进行了讨论,为后续研究打好理论基础。 Employee engagement, as an important element for success, has been paid much attention to by enterprises. On the basis of reviewing the related concepts, this paper proposes four hypotheses, and based on the empirical data obtained from some transportation enterprises, the relationship among employee engagement, job burnout and organization identity is discussed. The difference in employee engagement is explained through the degree to which an enterprise adopts the market principle and discussed in combination with the practical situation of some enterprises. This study may provide a theoretic perspective for future research.
