摘要
工程建设是一个系统工程,包括设计和施工阶段及工程管理、监理、竣工验收、试运行等重要环节。在这些阶段和环节中,设计阶段是控制工程造价的关键阶段。此文针对目前设计阶段造价控制存在的主要问题进行分析,提出可采取的对策。并通过工程实例阐明经过现场勘察对提出的设计方案进行论证、比选和优化,能有效控制工程造价。
The engineering construction is a system engineering, which contains design and construction phase, en- gineering management, supervision, the completion inspection and acceptance, commissioning and other important link. In these stages and links, design stage is the key stage of the project cost control. The main problems of cost control in present design stage are analyzed, and the countermeasures that could be adopted are put forward. It can be verified that it can effectively control the project cost through demon- stration, chosen and optimization by field investigation.
