摘要
以活性染料为例,利用正交试验,探讨了不同频率的超声波在不同温度、时间的条件下,对亚麻织物染色性能的影响.结果表明,超声波频率28 kHz、温度40℃、处理时间20 min时,织物上染率明显提高,匀染和透染性增强且对摩擦色牢度影响不大.
In this paper, reactive dye was taken as an example; the effects of ultrasonic frequency, dyeing temperature and dyeing time on dyeing properties of linen fabric were investigated through orthogonal experiment. The results showed that when ultrasonic frequency was 28 kHz, dyeing temperature was 40 %;, and dyeing time was 20 min, the dye uptake was distinctly improved, the levelness and dyeing permeability were increased, and the rubbing fastness was just a little affected.
