造血干细胞移植感染的防治 被引量：2

摘要 目的　研究自体骨髓移植 (ABMT)、自体外周血造血干细胞移植 (APBSCT)和异基因外周血造血干细胞移植(Allo -PBSCT)感染的发生率及防治对策。方法　制定感染标准 ,体表拭子、血、尿、痰细菌培养 ,常规综合防治感染。结果　 9例移植患者中 4例发生早期感染 ,感染率为 44%。结论　移植早期感染率较高 ,综合防治感染效果较好。
