腹腔镜胰腺肿瘤切除术治疗小儿胰腺实性假乳头状瘤的探讨 被引量：4

摘要 胰腺实性假乳头状瘤（solid pseudopapillary tumor of pancreas，SPTP）是一种少见的胰腺肿瘤，约占所有原发性胰腺外分泌肿瘤的1％-2％，常发生于年轻女性（85％的患者小于30岁），男女比例约为1：10。与其他小儿胰腺恶性病变相比，SPTP通常是可切除的，并且完全手术切除后可达到95％的治愈率。
