摘要
目的探讨应用Ilizarov支架治疗儿童胫骨粉碎性骨折的疗效。方法回顾性分析2005年4月至2009年4月应用Ilizarov外固定架技术治疗的儿童胫骨粉碎性骨折42例的临床资料，并复习相关文献。结果所有骨折均于6-16周愈合，无感染，无骨不连，肢体不等长，关节功能良好。结论Itizarov技术治疗儿童胫骨粉碎性骨折疗效可靠。
Objective To investigate the curative efficacy of Ilizarov external fixators in the treatment of tibial comminuted fractures in childrerL Methods Between April 2005 to April 2009,42 children with tibial comminuted fractures underwent ilizarov external fixators in our department. We retrospectively analyzed their clinical data and review relevant literature. Results Fracture healing was achieved in all patients in post-operative time （ranging from 6 to 16 weeks）. There were no incidents of infection, non-union,limbs length discrepancy, and damaged function of knee/ankle. Conclusions The Ilizarov external fixator is favorable technique for children with tibial comminuted fractures.
