上肢功能性电刺激的现状及发展 被引量:2

摘要 功能性电刺激(functional electrical stimulation,FES)是近年来逐渐兴起的一种治疗手段,并被广泛应用于康复治疗领域。广义的FES是指通过电流刺激易兴奋组织,从而代偿或重建神经损伤患者的缺失功能(包括感觉功能或运动功能等);例如在相关肌肉的支配神经纤维上或周围放置刺激电极,通过刺激神经纤维并激活下位运动神经元,从而使患者获得相应运动功能。如长期进行FES治疗,还能激活神经系统内的残存神经元,促进神经支配区肌肉功能恢复,进而加速患者肢体运动功能改善。
