上肢功能性电刺激的现状及发展 被引量：2

摘要 功能性电刺激（functional electrical stimulation，FES）是近年来逐渐兴起的一种治疗手段，并被广泛应用于康复治疗领域。广义的FES是指通过电流刺激易兴奋组织，从而代偿或重建神经损伤患者的缺失功能（包括感觉功能或运动功能等）；例如在相关肌肉的支配神经纤维上或周围放置刺激电极，通过刺激神经纤维并激活下位运动神经元，从而使患者获得相应运动功能。如长期进行FES治疗，还能激活神经系统内的残存神经元，促进神经支配区肌肉功能恢复，进而加速患者肢体运动功能改善。
