摘要
目的 观察复方羟基磷灰石充填根管治疗牙髓病、根尖周病的临床疗效。方法 用复方羟基磷灰石充填根管治疗牙髓—尖周病、观察 1～ 3年 ,根据 X线片和临床症状 ,评价其术后反应和治疗效果。结果 实验组术后反应比对照组轻 (P <0 .0 5) ,临床疗效略高于对照组。结论 复方羟基磷灰石作为根管充填材料治疗牙髓病、尖周病术后反应轻 。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect on pulpal periapical diseases treated with compound hydroxyapatite root canal filling materials.Methods The root canals were filled with compound hydroxyapatite to treat pulpal periapical diseases,1 to 3 years following up.Results The operation reaction and clinical effect were evaluated based on the evidence of oral examination and X ray.The results showed that the experimental groups of operation reaction were lighter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Clinical effect were little higher than that of the control group,there was no statistical significant difference.Conclusion There were a lighter operation reaction and higher clinical effect on the pulpal periapical diseases treated with compound hydroxyapatite root canal filling materials.
