摘要
目的 解决输卵管性不孕者的生育问题。方法 采用体外受精 -胚胎移植 (IVF- ET)技术治疗 1 7例不孕患者 ,共 1 8个周期。结果 受精率 75.7% ;卵裂率 80 .7% ;4例临床妊娠 ,周期妊娠率 2 2 .2 % (4/1 8) ,2例已分娩 ,1例继续妊娠 ,1例流产。结论 IVF-
Objective To solve the reproductive problem in infertile patients with obstructed fallopian tubes.Methods Seventeen infertile patients had undergone 18 treatmet cycles of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF ET).Results The fertilization rate was 75 7%;Cleavage rate was 80.7%;4 Patients became clinical pregnancy and 2 of which delivered,1 was ongoing pregnancy, and 1 aborted.The pregnancy rate per cycle was 22.2% (4/18).Conclusion IVF ET is an effective method of obtaining successful pregnancy for infertile patients with obstructed fallopian tubes.
