摘要
目的 :探讨转化生长因子β1 (TGFβ1 )及p2 7kip1 在胃癌癌变过程中的作用。方法 :采用逆转录PCR技术分别检测胃粘膜正常组织、单纯性增生、不典型增生及胃癌组织标本中TGFβ1 和p2 7kip1 mRNA表达水平。结果 :正常胃粘膜、单纯性增生、不典型增生及胃癌组织均有TGFβ1 和p2 7kip1 mRNA表达 ,但TGFβ1 和p2 7kip1 的mRNA表达水平在上述 4种组织中均依次逐渐下降 ,胃癌组的表达水平最低 ,与其它三组比较差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :TGFβ1 和p2 7kip1 对胃癌的发生发展可能起重要作用 ;
Objective: To investigate the effect of transforming growth factor β 1(TGFβ 1) and p27 kip1 in gastric mucosa carcinogenesis. Methods: RTPCR was used to detect TGFβ 1 and p27 kip1 mRNAs in normal gastric mucosa, simple hyperplasia, dysplasia and gastric carcinoma tissues respectively. Results: There were expressions of TGFβ 1 and p27 kip1 mRNAs in normal gastric mucosa, simple hyperplasia, dysplasia and gastric carcinoma tissues, the expressive levels of TGFβ 1 and p27 kip1 mRNAs decreased gradually among the four groups. The expressive level of TGFβ 1 and p27 kip1 mRNAs in gastric carcinoma group were significantly lower than those in other three groups(P<0.05). Conclusions: The data indicate that TGFβ 1 and p27 kip1 may play an important role in the development and carcinogenesis of gastric carcinoma. Semiquantification PCR technique is effective for detecting mRNA expressive level in tissues. [
