摘要
本文分析了当前经济危机和数字危机对图书馆界的挑战,提出既要重视传统节能增效,更要重视利用好现在的网络信息技术帮助双重危机下的图书馆迎接挑战和发展壮大。
This paper introduces library is facing economic crisis and digital crisis,The authors present that not only pays attention to energy saving and profit increasing,but also more focuses on smoothly utilizes network information technology on how to library meets to challenges and to development.
