摘要
伴随着高等教育规模的不断扩张,当代大学毕业生就业形势不容乐观,其中民办院校毕业生就业问题尤为突出。增强民办高校学生的就业能力对于提高民办高校人才培养的质量,提高民办高校学生综合素质和解决毕业生的就业问题,实现学校的可持续发展都具有重要意义。本文通过对民办高校学生就业现状的分析,从加大经费投入、深化教学改革、改变传统就业观念等方面对增强民办高校学生就业能力的途径进行了有益的探索。
