摘要
目的:对乌鲁木齐地区人力卫生资源配置现状进行研究,为相关部门合理配置乌鲁木齐地区卫生人力资源提供参考依据。方法:对乌鲁木齐地区卫生人力资源现状与全国、全疆卫生资源配置的平均水平进行对比,并进行统计描述分析。结果:乌鲁木齐地区卫生人力资源配置中各项指标都在不断增加,医师数达到了每千人口3.88人,护士数达到每千人口3.87人,均比全国和全疆的平均水平高。结论:乌鲁木齐地区卫生人力资源配置中存在着"倒三角"现象,卫生技术人员相对不足,高级职称的卫生人员缺乏,学科带头人偏少。
Objective Urumqi region to human health resource allocation situation,for the relevant departments of Urumqi area rational allocation of health human resources provide a reference basis.Methods Compared with the national status quo of regional human resources for health in Urumqi,Xinjiang average allocation of health resources,and the analysis of the statistical description.Results Urumqi,the regional health human resources configuration indicators are increasing,the number of physicians per thousand population reached 3.88 people,the nurse reached 3.87 per thousand population,higher than the average level of the country and Xinjiang.Conclusion Urumqi region there is the configuration of human resources for health "inverted triangle" phenomenon,a relative shortage of health workers,lack of health personnel of the title of senior academic leaders less than normal.
