摘要
本文通过对哈尔滨松北区新旧高层住宅建筑消防现状的调查研究,发现人的消防意识淡薄,管理维护、设计施工等方面存在问题。针对调查中发现的问题,剖析根本原因,对松北地区的防火措施提出合理的对策建议。旨在为哈尔滨城市新开发地区高层住宅的建设管理、消防部门的综合管理、高层专项规范的更新提供参考。
The research on the fire situation of new and old high-rise residential buildings in Songbei district points out that,the residents are lacking of fire situations and there exists problems in management maintenance and design and construction.According to the problems,we analysis the root causes to put forward reasonable countermeasures on fire preventions.what We are doing is to provide reference on construction,management and special specifications,in the process of new development area high-rise residential.
