摘要
本文概述了黑龙江省公路建设三年决战重大决策实施以来公路货运枢纽规划目标、布局方案、实施安排和建设重点,分析了公路快速货运系统运作及公路货运枢纽建设模式,提出了各地市公路货运站场存在的主要问题。
This paper gives introduction of planning aim,layout scheme,implementation arrangement and building key point about highway freight hub which has been established for three years in Heilongjiang province.Moreover,it analyzes highway freight system operation by express and highway freight hub building model and presents problems which exist in highway freight stations of all over the province.
