Determination of Bisphenol F,Bisphenol F Diglycidyl Ether(BFDGE) and Its Derivatives in Food by Liquid Chromatography Tandem Mass Spectrometry

摘要 研究建立了一种食品中的双酚F,BFDGE及其衍生物含量的高效液相色谱—串联质谱测定方法。样品经乙酸乙酯提取、正己烷净化,乙腈水溶液溶解后,用高效液相色谱分离后,采用电喷雾串联质谱进行定性和定量分析。其4种化合物的质量浓度与其峰面积在一定范围内均呈线性关系,线性相关系数大于0.99,方法检出限(3S/N)均不大于1.5μg/kg,测得加标回收率在81.5%~104.5%之间,相对标准偏差在1.64%~7.33%之间。 A sensitive method for determination of bisphenol F, bisphenol F diglycidyl ether (BADGE) and its derivatives in food by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS-MS) was established. The food sample was extracted by ethyl acetate and purified by n-hexane, and dissolved in water-acetonitrile solution, then separated and analysed by HPLC-ESI-MS-MS. The 4 kind4 of compounds concentration within a certain range showed a linear relationship with their peak area. The linear correlation coefficients of the method are above 0.99. The detection limit of the method (3S/N) is less than 1.5 μg/kg. The measured values of recovery were in the range of 81.5% to 104.5%, with values of the relative standard deviation was in the range of 1.64% to 7.33%.
