摘要
广西大新锰矿目前采矿为露采转地采井下基建阶段,迫切需要加快工作面掘进贯通速度。在施工过程中,因矿区地质水文条件的影响,遇到诸多难题,2年多来一直在尝试各种施工新工艺、新技术解决井下施工中困扰,其中超前支护、光面爆破和注浆3种工艺技术有效解决了在软岩及涌水等不良地质条件下的施工难题,保证了矿山生产正常运转和施工安全,给企业带来了良好经济效益。
Daxin Manganese Mine is a large Holdings manganese enterprises by CITIC Group.Its mining into the status quo is exposed to underground mining infrastructure stage while the urgent need is to accelerate through the face of the driving speed in the construction process.Due to geological impact of hydrological conditions encountered with many problems,it,for more than two years,has been seeking and trying all kinds of construction of the new technology with high-tech to solve problems encountered in underground construction,including advance support,smooth blasting and grouting technology.It is very effective solution for soft rock and the water gushing in the adverse geological conditions to keep the smooth development of the construction in solving problems,by ensuring the normal operation of the mine production and safety of construction workers to bring good economic enterprises.
