摘要
目的 :更好地解决膀胱癌患者膀胱全切除术后的贮尿和排尿问题。方法 :对 2 3例全膀胱切除患者行去带盲结肠可控性膀胱术 ,并对此术式作了一些改进。结果 :贮尿囊容量大 ,压力低 ,可控性能好 ,术后随访观察达到了可控性尿流改道的要求。结论 :去带盲结肠可控膀胱术是一种较为理想的尿流改道方法 。
Purpose:To improve the function of detenial ceacal colon continent reservoir.Methods:The detenial ceacal colon continent reservoir after radical cystectomy were undertanken in 23 patients with bladder cancer.Results:The patients have been followed up for 3 to 30 months and all achieved good continence. The mean capacity of the reservoir was 550ml(450~600 ml) and the mean filling pressure was 1.37 ± 0.78 kPa.The serum electrlytes have been nornal and neither ureteral reflux nor renal function impairment have been discovered.Conclusions:Detenial ceacal colon continent reservoir was an effective and simple fashion for urinary diversion.
