摘要
目的 :探讨腔内冷热刀切开、电切或激光切除与术后尿道扩张联合治疗尿道狭窄和闭锁的疗效。方法 :1994年 5月～ 1999年 12月 ,广州市中医医院、广州医学院附属第一医院及广东东莞寮步窥镜外科治疗中心采用腔内冷热刀切开、电切或激光切除与术后尿道扩张联合治疗尿道狭窄和闭锁 2 32例。结果 :疗效显著 ,总有效率达97.8%。结论 :腔内切开。
Purpose:To evaluate the curative effects of endoscopic incision for the therapy of urethral stricture or atresia.Methods:Endoscopic cold and hot incision, cauterization or laser resection and postoperative urethral dilatation was combined to treat 232 patients with urethral stricture or atresia.Results:The total effective rate was 97.8%.Conclusions:The combined application of endoscopic incision,cauterization or laser resection and postoperative urethral dilatation is an effective treatment pattern for the therapy of urethral stricture or atresia.
