摘要
目的 探讨Bowman氏膜在眼压形成中的作用。方法 分别将准分子激光角膜切削术 (PRK)和准分子激光原位角膜磨削术 (LASIK)中切削量、手术前后角膜前表面曲率改变值、实矫屈光度等参数与术后非接触式眼压读数下降值进行相关检验 ,并将术中切削量、手术前后角膜前表面曲率改变值、实矫屈光度相当的 3组PRK和LASIK术后非接触式眼压读数下降值进行比较。结果 PRK和LASIK手术后非接触式眼压读数下降值与术中切削量、手术前后角膜前表面曲率改变值、实矫屈光度有相关性 ,当术中切削量、手术前后角膜前表面曲率改变值、实矫屈光度相当时 ,PRK和LASIK术后非接触式眼压读数下降值无显著差异。结论 Bowman氏膜在眼压形成中并不起关键的作用。
ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of Bowman’s layer on the formation of intraocular pressure(IOP).MethodsThe database of patients who had LASIK or PRK was retrospectively reviewed.Preoperative and postoperative IOPs were measured in 327 eyes(172?patients).The correlation between decrease in postoperative IOP by noncontact tonometer and various parameters such as ablation,actual correction or the curvature change was evaluated by regression analysis.The reduction of postoperative IOP was compared when the parameters of ablation,actual correction or the curvature between PRK and LASIK were not statistically significant.ResultsThere were significant correlations between the reduction of postoperative IOPs and the parameters of ablation,actual correction,curvature change respectively.The differences of mean postoperative IOPs reduction between PRK and LASIK were not significant when the parameters were not statistically significant.ConclusionThe difference of IOP reduction between PRK and LASIK is not significant when the parameter is similar. The result demonstrates that Bowman’s layer may not play an essential role in the development of intraocular pressure.
