摘要
目的 探讨光学相干断层照相 (OCT)这种新的影像方法在对中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变 (CSC)检查中的应用价值。方法 对 62位患者的 64只眼进行了OCT检查 ,部分患者进行追踪观察 ,并对所得结果进行分析。结果 根据OCT图像可将病变分为 4种不同的表现形式 ,并对其进行动态观察和精确测量。结论 OCT在CSC的诊断和治疗中具有实际的应用价值。
ObjectiveTo evaluate the use of optical coherence tomography(OCT) in patients with central serous chorioretinopahty(CSC).MethodsOCT was performed in 62 patients(64 eyes),some of whom were followed up.The results were analyzed in 1999.ResultsOCT images of CSC patients were divided into 4 different groups on which kinetic observation and accurate measurements were made.ConclusionOCT has real practical value in the diagnosis and treatment of CSC.
