摘要
目的 :研究老年糖尿病合并脑梗塞临床特点。方法 :对 54例老年糖尿病合并脑梗塞临床资料进行回顾性分析 ,并以 130例脑梗塞为对照。结果 :老年糖尿病合并脑梗塞 ,并发高血压、高血脂、高血粘度较对照组多 ;病死率较对照组明显增高 (P <0 0 1) ;血糖水平与预后有关。结论 :控制血糖、血压、血脂。
Objective:To study clinical features of aging diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction.Methods:A retrospective analysis of the clinical material from 54 cases of eldely diabefes complicated with cerebral infarction carried out contrasting with 130 cases of cerebral infarction.Results:In aging diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction,complicated heperlension,heperlipemia and heperviscosity were higher than those in the control group.The mortolity was significantly higher than that of the control group( P <0 01).The level of blood glucose was related with prognosis.Conclusions:It is important to control blood glucose,blood lipids,blood viscosity and blood pressure for prevention and treatment of cerebral infarction.
