摘要
以聚醚砜(PES)与聚碳酸酯(PC)多嵌段的嵌段共聚物为增容剂,研究了聚醚砜/聚碳酸酯(PES/PC)共混体系的力学性能、形态结构、热性能、界面层厚度及界面张力.实验结果显示,PES与PC多嵌段的嵌段共聚物显著降低共混物中PC分散相的尺寸,明显提高两相间的界面黏结性,有效改善两组分间的相容性.SEM电镜照片显示,共混体系中由于增溶剂的加入,形成了双连续相的互锁结构,提高了共混体系的力学性能.
A polyethersulfone-polycarbonate multi block random copolymer could be used as the interfacial agent for polyethersulfone/polycarbone blends (PES/PC). A certain amount of such polyethersulfone- polycarbonate multi block copolymer can improve the miscibility of the two components and change the morphology of blend, forming a co-continuous morphology. The compatibility behavior of polyethersulfone (PES) with polycarbonate (PC) has been examined using differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and SAXS.
