血液透析低血压发生原因分析及处理 被引量:3

摘要 维持性血液透析是终末期肾病患者的最佳替代疗法之一,透析过程中约有20%~50%患者出现低血压,且常伴有明显的低血压症状,特别是老年人,若不及时抢救会导致心脏停搏n’。为预防低血压及意外的发生,笔者对血液透析患者低血压发生的原因及处理分析总结如下。
