摘要
高校毕业生自主创业比例持续低水平运行,因此,应大力开展创业培训,努力增强高校毕业生自主创业的能力。但是,目前的创业培训存在创业培训机构匮乏、创业培训内容单一、"双师型"师资缺乏、创业实训机会偏少和创业项目难以推荐等问题。针对这些问题提出了高校毕业生创业培训的五条有效途径。
Percentage of college graduates＇self-employment was low.Developing entrepreneurship training aims to enhance the capacity of college graduates＇self-employed.Current there are five problems of the entre-preneurship training：the lack of training institutions,the monotony of training contents,the shortage of dual-qualified teachers,the absence of training practice and difficult to recommend entrepreneurial projects.In the last part of this paper,it proposed five effective ways of entrepreneurship training for college graduates.
