摘要
在国家大力发展中等职业教育和全面加强教师队伍建设的背景下,兼职教师队伍建设意义重大。校企合作是国家中职示范学校兼职教师队伍建设的重要保障,合作企业是兼职教师的重要来源。为了借助校企合作推动国家中职示范学校兼职教师队伍建设,就要开辟绿色通道,建立稳定的校企合作和长效合作办学机制,从社会各行业、紧密型合作企业中选拔优秀人才担任兼职教师,并加强对兼职教师的管理。
Under the background of vigorous development of secondary vocational education and comprehen-sive enhancement of the construction of teaching faculty by the government,it is of great significance to build part-time teaching staff.Since the cooperation between schools and enterprises is an important guarantee for the construction of part-time teaching staff in national demonstration schools of secondary vocational education,these cooperative enterprises are important sources of part-time teachers.Therefore,in order to improve the construction of part-time teaching staff in national demonstration schools of secondary vocational education by virtue of the cooperation between schools and enterprises,it is necessary to open a green channel,establish a stable cooperation between schools and enterprises and set an effective system of joint education.And it is also important to select elites from all sorts of intensively cooperative enterprises in the society as part-time teachers and strengthen the management of part-time teaching staff.
