文丘里风力分选富集中低品位磷矿的研究

摘要 本研究首次采用文丘里管作为风选的进料、气固混合以及喷料设备,对中低品位磷矿(P205品位10.7%-22.1%)进行风力分选富集,考察了矿粉粒径以及分级分选对分选富集所得磷精矿品位的影响。试验结果表明:用磷矿粉的200目筛下物分选效果比用120目、320目和400目磷矿粉筛下物分选效果好;二级分选P2O5品位为17.2%、22.1%和15.4%的磷矿,得到了的磷精矿P2O5品位分别为27.0%、32.0%和24.6%,获得了理想的分选效果。 A new beneficiation method for mid low phosphorus ore, venturi tube-air separation, was introduced in this paper. The effects of different particle sizes of phosphorus powder on the beneficiation result were investigated. The experiments showed that using 200 mesh phosphorus powder would improve the grade of the phosphorus concentrate mostly. Moreover, the classification performance would be greatly improved if classification separation was employed. After secondary separation, the phosphorus concentrate with a content P2O5 between 24.6% to 32.0% was obtained by using phosphorus powder containing 15.4%-21.1% of P2O5.
