摘要
由体表电位对心肌梗塞区域的定位 ,以往的方法一般只根据极小值出现的时刻和位置来进行 ,分辨率不高。本文提出了一种在现有方法的基础上 ,增加对体表电位积分差图的极值方向进行判别的新思路。模型实验表明 ,新方法大大提高了对心肌梗塞区域进行定位的分辨率。若能进一步得到临床验证 。
Traditional determination of myocardial infarction location with body surface potential maps (BSPM) were processed according to the appearance time and location of the minimum value in body surface potential integral maps (IBSPM). Only about five areas in left ventricular wall could be separated in this method. An angle parameter which began from the minimum value location to that of the maximum in IBSPM departure map was introduced and used in the determination of myocardial infarction location. Model experiments showed that the angle parameter combined with old methods could improve the location resolution significantly.
