雌激素对慢性脑缺血大鼠海马神经元Bcl-2表达的影响

EFFECTS OF ESTROGEN ON BCL-2 EXPRESSION IN HIPPOCAMPUS NEURONS OF CHRONIC CEREBRAL ISCHEMIA RATS

摘要 目的:探讨雌激素对慢性脑缺血大鼠海马神经元Bcl-2蛋白表达的影响。方法:采用永久结扎去势大鼠双侧颈总动脉的方法建立慢性脑缺血模型,项背部皮下注射17β-雌二醇。SP免疫组织化学染色法观察海马神经元Bcl-2表达的变化。结果:与模型组同时间点相比,雌激素治疗组各时间点海马神经元Bcl-2蛋白的表达明显升高,且呈时间依赖性。结论:雌激素可通过抑制海马神经元凋亡,发挥对慢性脑缺血大鼠海马神经元的保护作用。 Objective:To investigate the effects of estrogen on Bcl-2 protein expression in hippocampus neurons of chronic cerebral ischemia rats.Methods:The chronic cerebral ischemia rats model were established by permanently ligating the common carotid arteries on both sides of castration rats,and the rats model were subcutaneously injected estrogen at nucha and back.Immunohistochemistry staining was used to observe dynamic changes of expression of Bcl-2 in hippocampus neurons.Results: Compared with model rats at the same time point,the Bcl-2 expression in hippocampus neurons of rats in estrogen group were significantly higher in a time-dependent manner.Conclusions:Estrogen can protect hippocampus neurons of chronic cerebral ischemia rats by inhibit apoptosis of hippocampus neurons.
