摘要
从主症病机、药后调护、禁忌证等方面对桂枝汤与麻黄汤进行辨析,并从致病邪气、营分卫分、类方、相关脏腑等方面阐述了对两方证的新认识,对临床应用有指导意义。
This paper differentiates ＂Guizhi Decoction＂ and ＂Mahuang Decoction＂ from the perspectives of primary symptoms and pathogenesis,post-treatment nursing and contraindications.New interpretation of the two prescriptions was elaborated from pathogenic factors,nutrient and defense aspects,similar prescriptions,relative viscera,etc.The new interpretation is helpful to clinical application.
