摘要
观察用文眉液做染色剂行板层角膜移植加层间染色术的美容效果。方法 对 2 6例 (眼 )丧失视力的全角膜白斑和白斑偏离瞳孔且视力尚可的患者 ,为达到美容目的 ,采取板层角膜移植加层间染色术 ,用文眉液做染色剂。结果 随访 1～ 4年 (平均 2 .5年 ) ,2 4例 (92 % )外观满意 ,2例患者出现视力短暂下降。结论 该方法是一种美容效果好且风险小的手术。
Objective To observe the cosmetic effects of the lamellar keratoplasty plus interlamellar dyeing with tattoo-eyebrow liquid. Methods For the cosmetic purpose of 26 cases (eyes) of full-cornea leucoma without visual acuity and of the leucoma deviated from pupil with better visual acuity, the lamellar keratoplasty plus interlamellar dyeing with tattoo-eyebrow liquid was adopted. The postoperative follow-up ranged from 1 year to 4 years (2.5 years on the average).Results Satisfying appearance was obtained for 24 cases (92.3 %). The temporal reduction of vision occurred in 2 cases. Conclusion The above-mentioned operation is characteristic of better cosmetic effect and less risk.
