Objective:To probe into the clinical effect of intracranial hematoma minimally invasive removal combined with mild hypothermia therapy to treat severe hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods:Selected December 2006 to December 2011, 134 severe hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients in our hospital. The patients were divided into observation group and control group randomly, there were 67 cases in each group. The patients in control group were treated with intracranial hematoma minimally inva- sire removal. The patients in control group were treated with mild hypothermia therapy on the basis of control group. The patients in two groups were compared and analyzed of clinical efficacy and postoperative activities of daily living. Results : Compared with control group, patients in observe group recovered rate and the total efficiency rate were improved significantly, up to 26.87% and 70. 15 %, and deterioration and mortality rates were sigaificantly lower, only 2.98 % and 11.94 % , there were statistically significant (P〈0.05). At the same time, compared with control group, patients in observe group 30d and 90d Barthel indexes were significantly improved, there were statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Intracranial hematoma minimally invasive removal combined with mild hypothermia therapy has significant treatment effect for patients with severe hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. It can effectively improve the quality of life of patients. It has important clinical value.
