摘要
胶原酶治疗颈椎间盘突出症国内外尚未见报道。本文报告了硬膜外腔前间隙置管注入胶原酶治疗颈椎间盘突出症 2 48例 ,优良率达 93 .5 %。并讨论了此法的作用机理及适应症的选择与疗效的关系。
To our knowledge this is the first report on treating cervical disc herniation by collagenase injection. In this article, 248 cases were treated by epidural catheterization and injection of collagenase. The results were rated excellent and good in 93.5% of cases. The mechanism and the indications of this technique were analysed and discussed.
