摘要
利用粳型红香黏品种红香1号与早熟长粒优质粳稻品系松98-131杂交后代F2∶3家系群140个株系,探讨了水稻子粒锰(Mn)、铁(Fe)、锌(Zn)和铜(Cu)含量的遗传变异和相关关系;并对子粒Mn、Fe、Zn和Cu含量进行了QTL定位分析。结果表明,子粒Mn、Fe、Zn、Cu 4种矿质元素含量均呈现接近正态的连续分布;除Mn与Fe含量相关不显著外,其他元素间含量都呈显著或极显著正相关。构建了含78个SSR标记的遗传连锁图谱,共检测到与水稻子粒Mn、Fe、Zn、Cu 4种矿质元素含量相关的11个QTL,分别位于第2、3、4、5、7、9和12染色体上。其中与Mn含量相关的QTL 2个;与Fe含量相关的QTL 2个;与Zn含量相关的QTL 4个;与Cu含量相关的QTL 3个。
In this study, 140 individuals and lines of an F2:3 population which derived from a cross of two japonica rice cuhivars HongXiangl and Song 98-131 ,were used. We analyzed the genetic variation and correlation of Mn, Fe,Zn and Cu contents in rice grains, and conducted the QTL analysis for Mn, Fe,Zn and Cu contents-related genes. The results showed that Mn,Fe,Zn and Cu contents in rice grains followed normal distribution in F2:3 popula- tion,there were significant positive correlations among them with the exception of Fe and Mn content. A genetic linkage map, consisting of 78 SSR markers, was constructed. Eleven QTLs involving Mn,Fe,Zn, Cu mineral element contents in rice grain were identified. Among them, two QTLs were related to Mn eontent;two QTLs to Fe content; four QTLs to Zn content, three QTLs to Cu content.
