Fabrication of MnO_2-based Solid pH Electrode

摘要 以超细MnO2 粉末为敏感材料制备了两种固体 pH电极 .涂层电极可以在水溶液中呈现出快速稳定的 pH响应。响应的线性范围为pH 2~ 1 2 ,响应灵敏度为 - 81 .5mV/pH .印刷电极的线性响应范围要略窄于涂层电极 ,但响应灵敏度近似 . Ultrafine MnO\-2 powders were used to fabricate two kinds of solid pH electrodes. The electrode coated with a thin film of MnO\-2 could exhibit a fast,stable pH response in aqueous solution. A linear pH potential curve was observed over the range of pH 2~12 with a sensitivity of 81.5 mV/pH at room temperature. However,the electrode fabricated with screen printed method had a little poor than the coated electrode.
