摘要
采用斯林素W-100代替五水偏硅酸钠,复配成粉状无硅垢多功能前处理剂DX-10,并将其用于棉梭织布的前处理。试验结果表明,斯林素W-100与五水偏硅酸钠各方面性能指标相当,将其复配用于多功能前处理剂DX-10,无硅垢产生,避免织物擦伤等问题,同时降低废水的COD值。
Silica scaling-free multi-functional pretreatment agent DX-IO powder is prepared with Silinsu W-lO0 instead of sodium metasilicate pentahydrate, and its application to pretreatment of cotton wovens is carried out. The results show that Silinsu W- 100 has the same properties as sodium metasilicate pentahydrate, and the DX-10 powder containing Silinsu W-100 can prevent silica scaling formation, reduce fabric abrasion and COD discharae of the effluents.
