摘要
采用标准加入法,消除了基体、背景和粘度的影响,直接用塞曼火焰原于吸收光谱法测定白砂糖中的铜及铅含量。此法具有简便、快速、灵敏度高等优点,相对标准偏差铜为0.61%~1.9%,铅为0.94%~3.5%;回收率铜为98.4%~102%,铅为97.4%~104%。
' By using the standard addition method,copper and lead contents in the white granulated sugar are directly and quickly determined by polarized zeeman flame atomic absorption spectrometry without the effect of referenc,background and viscosity.This method is proved as being easy,quick and highly sensitive.The relative standard deviation of copper is 0.61%-1.9% and that of lead is 0.94% ~ 3.5%.The recovery of copper is 98.4% ~ 102% and that of lead is 97.4% ~ 104%.
