摘要
研究了阿司匹林铜药物代谢动力学实验中小白鼠肝、脑、肾、脾和血内微量铜的 ICP- AES测定方法。该方法简便、快速 ,回收率为 96%— 10 6% ,相对标准偏差为 1.9%— 6.8%。
ICP AES method was used to measure the content of trace copper in blood,brain,liver,kidney and spleen of rats submitted to pharmacokinetical studies of copper aspirinate.The method is simple and quick.The recovery rate and relative standard deviation are 96%—106% and 1.9% —6.8%,respectively.
