摘要
高尿酸血症是一种全球性代谢性疾病,近年来,其患病率在全球范围内与日俱增。该病多与代谢综合征伴发,与其各个组分合并存在,相互影响,已成为引发心脑血管疾病的重要危险因子,目前西医对该病的治疗方式单一,疗效与毒副作用并存。祖国医学对此疾病以其独特的认知方式,初步探明了高尿酸血症的发病机制,且以其独特的优势为治疗高尿酸血症新药研发开辟了思路。
Hyperuricemia is a global metabolic disease. The incidence rate is augmenting on a global scale in recent years. It is complicated with the metabolic syndrome and influenced each other. And it has become the important risk factor of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Modern medical treatment for this disease is single,effect and side effects are coexist. TCM has preliminarily ascertained the nosogenesis of hyperuricemia, and set up a new thought for researching and developmenting treatment of hyperuricemia because of its special advantages.
