摘要
通过总结陈宝贵教授使用中药汤剂治疗枕大神经痛的临床经验,对陈宝贵教授的学术思想及用药特点进行梳理,在名老中医学术经验传承工作中体会和领悟中医临证思辨方法,并推广应用于临床。
The article summarized the experience of Prof. CHEN Bao-gui on treating greater occipital neuralgia by traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）decoction,and reflected his academic thoughts and characteristic of prescribing herbs. It helps to understand and promote the syndrome differentiation of TCM in clinic during academic experience inheritance of famous TCM physicians.
