摘要
地特胰岛素作为新一代长效胰岛素类似物,以独特的分子结构,作用更接近生理性基础胰岛素分泌。大量的循证医学证据显示地特胰岛素对于糖尿病患者均能有效降低血糖,减少个体血糖变异,降低低血糖事件发生率,同时减少胰岛素注射所引起的体重增加,具有成本-效益优势。
Insulin detemir is a long-acting insulin analogue. Its pharmacodynarnics profile is similar to that of the physiological insulin due to its unique molecular structure. Accumulated data from both randomized controlled trials and clinical observations have shown its efficacy and safety in patients with diabetes mellitus, in reducing individual glucose variability, lowering risk of hypoglycemia, and causing less weight gain. Thus it is superior in cost-effectiveness ratios.
