摘要
本文提出了一个集成MOS电压比较器的实用宏模型的拓扑结构,介绍了建立实用化宏模型的方法,最后给出了模拟和实验结果。
A practical macromdel for MOS integrated-circuit comparator, suitable for typical present-day circuit simulator SPICE, was presented. The method of designing the macromodel was presented also. Good agreement ( typically in 10% ) between experimental and computation results by using the macromodel in SPICE program was obtained.
