基于耗散结构系统熵模型的产业有序发展研究 被引量:25

摘要 "熵"和系统有序性之间存在着密切的关联关系,系统熵值的变化代表着系统有序发展程度的变化。对于封闭状态下的耗散结构系统来说,其内部要素之间的相互作用,会使系统的熵值增加,系统运行开始变得不稳定。具体表现为围绕目标而有效运行的秩序受到破坏,出现控制失灵、功能紊乱的无序现象。由此,构造耗散结构系统熵模型并测量系统熵值的变化,就可以有效反映系统运行的有序程度。本文研究发现,产业系统是一个典型的耗散结构系统,其发展的有序度可以用静态意义上的"结构熵"和动态意义上的"运行熵"来反映。因此,建立产业系统熵分析模型,进而解析产业系统的"结构熵"和"运行熵",可以有效解决产业系统有序发展程度的测定问题。利用我国风电产业发展的相关数据进行实证分析发现:在我国风电产业超高速发展的背后隐藏着一定程度的无序性,但随着产业整合的不断推进,其结构有序度将得到提高,运行有序度开始有所改进。 There is a close relationship between the "entropy" and the order of system, the change of system entropy represents the orderly development degree of change in system. For the dissipative structure in the closed state, the interaction between its internal elements, increases the system entropy, and the system operation becomes unstable. Specific performance is that effective operation order around the target is destroyed, out of control, and disordered. As a result, constructing dissipative structure system entropy model and measuring changes in the system entropy, can effectively reflect the degree of order of the system running. This study finds out that the industrial system is a typical dissipative structure, and the degree of order of its development can be reflected by the " structural entropy" in the static sense and "running entrop" in the dynamic sense. Therefore, establishing the industrial system entropy analysis model, and then parsing "structural entropy" and "running entropy" of the industrial system, can effectively resolve the determination of orderly development degree of industrial system. The empirical analysis using the relevant data of China' s wind power industry shows that, there is a certain degree of disorder hidden behind the ultra-rapid development of China' s wind power industry, but the order degree of structure will be enhanced, and the order degree of running has begun to improve with the continuous advance of industry consolidation.
