摘要
简要介绍了错层结构的特点,并以带错层剪力墙结构高层住宅为对象,根据相关规范的要求,采用不同的结构分析软件进行分析,并进行了弹性时程分析补充验算。根据以上分析结果,提出了带错层剪力墙结构高层住宅在设计过程中的注意事项,结合规范的具体要求采取了相应的抗震措施,并在满足安全的前提下对结构进行了适当的优化设计,降低了工程造价。希望对以后同类工程具有一定的参考价值。
The paper briefly introduces the characteristics of the structure with staggered stories, and taking a high- rise shear wall structure with staggered stories for example, according to the requirements of the relevant specification, an analysis was done using different structure analysis softwares, which was checked by the elastic time history analysis. According to above analysis results, it was put forward the matters needing attention in the design process of high-rise shear wall structure with staggered stories, and combined with standard, the corresponding a seismic measures were taken , and the optimization design was done under the premise of safety, which reduced project cost. It was expected to be a reference for future similar projects.
