摘要
近年来,我国超高层建筑不断涌现。据《2012摩天城市报告》统计,截止2012年,我国已有超过150 m的摩天大楼470座,至2022年,将有1 318座摩天大楼矗立在中国大地,成为全球摩天大楼最多的国家。因此,探讨超高层建筑的合理施工方案具有显著的经济和社会价值。在超高层建筑施工过程中,竖向运输设备发挥着至关重要的作用,塔吊的科学选型和合理布置是决定施工质量、安全、进度的关键。以几个超高层项目为例,通过超高层施工中塔吊的选用和布置方案汇总,提出一些有规律性的合理意见,以期可为类似工程提供一些借鉴。
In recent years, the high-rise buildings have been emerging in China, from previous Shenzhen Diwang Mansion, Shanghai Jinmao Mansion, Shanghai Global Financial Center, to today＇s Shenzhen Kingkey Finance Center, Shanghai Center, Wuhan Greenland Center, etc. It is well-known that the key for restricting high-rise building＇s construction is the vertical transportation equipment＇s limit, while tower crane is the most important vertical transportation equipment. Therefore, scientific choice and rational layout of tower cranes are the key to ensuring the qulity, safety and progress of construction. By way of discussion on tower crane＇ s selection and arrangement in high-rise building＇ s construction with some eonstructed and constructing high-rise buildings, some rational opinions are proposed.
