摘要
在研制新型风机的中间试验过程中,当转速达到一定值时,宽叶片风机出现了叶片的失稳破坏,这种破坏形式还未曾见过报导,可能还只是首次发生。本文分析了破坏的机理,并提出了三种改进方案,使叶片的失稳破坏转速有较大提高;其中一种工艺方案比原制造工艺更为简单,且完全不影响风机的气动性能和效率。已被风机制造厂采纳,并通过了试验。
On the proceedure of the high speed air-blower test, while the rotation speed of the turbo-wheel arrived certain value, all of the ten leaves had been damaged by buckling. This event was the first one in China. In this article, we found the damaging causes, and the manufacturing technology to avoid the damaging was proposed. It didn't reduce the efficiency of the air-blower and infrience the fuction of the aero-dynamic of the turbo-wheel. It was more simple than before. The buckling rotation speed was increased by about twenty percent.
